In order to achieve the goal of becoming the most “customer-centric” company in the world, Amazon has decided to reserve exclusive tools for brand owners. In fact, it believes that brand owners have a better understanding of their customers, their products and hence can provide a better customer experience, ultimately in line with Amazon’s credo.
About 90% of Amazon’s sales are made through the Buy Box, that is the rectangle at the top right of a product page through which customers can start the purchase process with a simple click on the “Add to Cart” button. Therefore, it is evident how crucial this option is to increase sales and turnover and to improve the general performance of your Seller account.
In the US 53% of all new businesses are destined to fail. Start-up failures for e-commerce retailers are even higher at 80%.
